Shipping and Delivery Policy

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

  4. Delivery Fee / Charges
    Refer to the Table 1 below. Please note that our delivery charges are subject to change based on current rate or during peak seasons.

  5. Delivery Time / Duration
    Our staff will get in touch with you to confirm the delivery time to ensure someone is home to receive the order to avoid your chilled/frozen items from getting spoiled. So, please provide us with the correct contact number.
    (Keep in mind that adverse weather conditions, peak time, remote delivery locations, and carrier delay could cause your actual delivery time to be slightly longer)

  6. Note: Only orders with complete payment, correct contact number, and shipping information will be processed.  

  7. CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO CHECK ALL ITEMS UPON RECEIVING FROM THE MEAT EXPERTS DELIVERY. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE ITEMS RECEIVED, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO CONTACT THE MEAT EXPERTS WITHIN 24 HOURS VIA EMAIL ([email protected]). WE WILL NOT ENTERTAIN ANY COMPLAINTS AFTER 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING.

  1. We will cancel & refund your order if we are unable to contact you to arrange delivery.

  2. We are unable to process orders that came from outside the delivery coverage.

Additional information:

  1. Kindly ensure your delivery address is accurate as we do not allow amendments after the order is placed.

  2. Please make sure you enter your contact number for our delivery personnel to contact you.

  3. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes address. 

  4. In order to reduce carbon footprint and customers not getting their goods, please ensure there is someone at home or office to receive the package.
